Outer north east revised Draft consultation
Site Allocations Plan
The council re-consulted on revised proposals for the Outer North East (ONE) Housing Market Characteristic Area (HMCA) in 2016 following the withdrawal of a new settlement proposal at site MX2-33 Headley Hall by the landowner. The consultation period ran from September to November 2016.
Only the ONE HMCA was subject to consultation to bring this part of the plan in line with the rest of the Site Allocations Plan.
As with the initial Publication draft plan, which was consulted on in 2015, comments were sought on the soundness of the plan.

After the revised Publication Draft Outer North East consultation period closed, the council processed and considered the comments received and fed this back to Development Plan Panel in December 2016.
