Pre-submission changes

As a result of the public consultations on the Publication draft plan and Outer north east revised draft plan, a number of changes were proposed to the Site Allocations Plan (SAP).  These pre-submission changes were intended to address matters of soundness before the SAP was submitted to the Secretary of State.

The pre-submission changes were advertised between 13 February and 27 March 2017. At this final stage, comments were only sought on the Pre-Submission Changes of the Plan (PDF, 20MB).

After the consultation, all comments were sent to the Planning Inspectorate, together with those made at earlier consultation stages. The SAP was then submitted for examination in May 2017.
