Who we help
We support people who are homeless or facing homelessness, and who are receiving support with their mental health.
Eligibility
We may be able to help if you:
- are experiencing longstanding and ongoing mental health issues
- have accessed mental health support or mental health services within the last 6 months
As well as one of the above, you may also be:
- living on the streets
- staying with family or friends
- sofa surfing
- living in emergency accommodation
- in the process of being evicted by your landlord
What we do
Although we do not have any properties of our own, we can support you to:
- bid on properties
- contact private landlords, or other housing providers
- view properties
- complete relevant paperwork
- sign up and settle in
- access benefits and utilities
- access other support services
Mental health IMPACT team
Our IMPACT team provide limited ongoing support to help you:
- settle within your local community
- promote resilience and self-management to enable a settled and sustainable future
- access education, volunteering or local support groups or networks

How to get support
This service does not take self-referrals. If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will need to ask a health care professional or support service officer to make a referral for you.
