Our Care Delivery Service is a group of Leeds City Council services providing care and support for adults.

Find out about full time care and support for people in need
Community wellbeing hub
Health, wellbeing and happiness for over 50s in the Black, Asian, minority ethnic community
Complex needs day services
Find support for people who live with dementia or have complex needs
Extra care service
Help for older people who want to remain independent
Leeds Homeshare
If you have a spare room, Leeds Homeshare can find someone to share your home and help out with household tasks like shopping and cleaning
Leeds Shared Lives
Get expert care in the home of a trained Shared Lives carer, for a few hours, overnight or even a couple of weeks
Mental health support
Find information on temporary housing and support for people with mental health needs
Peer support service
Find help for people living with dementia and those supporting them
Physical impairment and older people’s service
Help for older people and adults living with a physical impairment who need support
Recovery hubs
Support for adults who need temporary care to promote faster recovery from illness, prevent unnecessary hospital admission and maximise independent living
Skills for Independent Living (SkILs) reablement
Support for adults to look after themselves independently, following a change in circumstance, illness, injury or time spent in hospital
