On 22 October 2024 the Planning Inspectorate will open its Public Inquiry for the Planning Application:
Phased development to comprise demolition of existing buildings and erection of a foodstore (Use Class E), care home (Use Class C2) and eight senior living homes (Use Class C3) with associated access, parking, servicing area and landscaping.

The inquiry has now closed, the inspector will provide his decision in due course and it will be uploaded to Leeds City Council Public Access for this application once received.
