Enterprise zone
A range of incentives are available in the
Leeds City Region Enterprise Zone to companies looking to relocate to Leeds and take advantage of the city’s location at the heart of the regional economy.
An ideal location for large-scale and SME manufacturing companies, the enterprise zone is located close to the national motorway network and just minutes from Leeds city centre.
A range of units from 30,000 sq ft to 80,000 sq ft are currently under construction and planning permissions are in place for larger units up to 500,000 sq ft.
