In accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Localism Act 2011 and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations (2012) as amended, the council has redesignated the Carlton Neighbourhood Forum.
The designation is effective from 21 April 2021 and lasts for a period of five years.
This designation gives the Carlton Neighbourhood Forum the right to prepare a neighbourhood development plan for the Carlton Neighbourhood Area. No other organisation or body may be designated for the Carlton Neighbourhood Area until this designation expires or is withdrawn.
