We manage two permanent Gypsy and Traveller sites in Leeds – Cottingley Springs and Kidacre Park. We also support and manage unauthorised sites across the city.
Permanent sites
Cottingley Springs
Cottingley Springs is two sites next to each other in Gildersome offering 41 accommodation plots. Each plot offers a utility building with kitchen, bathroom and living area. Some of these plots have been adapted for disabled tenants.
Kidacre Park
Kidacre Park in Hunslet has eight family plots, each has a living pod with a kitchen, bathroom and dining area. One of the pods has been adapted for disabled tenants.

We currently have a waiting list for our permanent plots and are working to increase the number of plots we offer.
Reporting repairs and maintenance
If you live in Cottingley Springs or Kidacre Park you can report any repairs or maintenance issues to 0113 378 9237 or
travellerservices@leeds.gov.uk. We also have staff at Cottingley Springs on Monday to Friday during office hours.
