Where we use third party contractors, personal data will be shared only where it is needed. Where this data is special category data as defined by the UK GDPR, it will be processed on the basis that this is necessary for reasons of substantial public interest.
Who we can share your data with
The council uses two data processors, Bartec and Integrated Skills UK (Ltd), to administer an Integrated Waste Management Solution and route programming for our Bins, Waste and Recycling services.
