In accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Localism Act 2011 and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations (2012) as amended, the council has redesignated the Kirkstall Neighbourhood Forum.
The designation is effective from 3 February 2021 and lasts for a period of five years.
This designation gives the Kirkstall Neighbourhood Forum the right to prepare a neighbourhood development plan for the Kirkstall Neighbourhood Area. No other organisation or body may be designated for the Kirkstall Neighbourhood Area until this designation expires or is withdrawn.
