Chapel Allerton Neighbourhood Plan

In accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Localism Act 2011 and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations (2012) as amended, the council has designated the Chapel Allerton Neighbourhood Planning Forum.

The designation is effective from 12 July 2021 and lasts for a period of five years.

This designation gives the Chapel Allerton Neighbourhood Planning Forum the right to prepare a neighbourhood development plan for the Chapel Allerton Neighbourhood Area. No other organisation or body may be designated for the Chapel Allerton Neighbourhood Area until this designation expires or is withdrawn.
