We will not update you on the progress or outcome of cases, but will be in touch if we need more information.
What we will do
Reports will be assessed, and if necessary a Building Control Surveyor will visit the site as soon as possible to investigate. If immediate action is needed to remove the danger, we have powers to do this.
If the structure is found to be in poor condition but not dangerous, we will contact the owner to advise them to make repairs within a reasonable time.
