Here in Leeds, we believe LGBT+ people and families have a key role to play in meeting the urgent need for more new homes for children in care.
Through our Fostering with Pride campaign, we want to reach out to encourage people within the community to come forward and consider part-time or full-time fostering, or supported lodgings with Leeds City Council.
The number of LGBT+ families adopting continues to see an increase.
Sadly the same can't be said for foster carers. So, if you identify as LGBT+ and enjoy caring for children and young people, we’d love to hear from you today.
Foster4Leeds is a member of the UK LGBT+ fostering and adoption charity New Family Social. All our approved LGBT+ foster families are entitled to free individual Gold Membership post approval and Bronze Membership pre-approval. Please
