Dropping off forms
You can drop off completed forms and proof of ID to apply for:
- Housing Benefit
- Council Tax Support
- a council home
- a parking permit
- a blue badge
- an entertainment licence
- planning permission
Requesting a housing repair
Council tenants can report housing repairs in person. You can also report a repair online.
Applying for a temporary parking permit
You can apply for a temporary parking permit in person.
Buying a RADAR key
You can buy a RADAR key from our community hubs. RADAR keys allow disabled people to access toilets fitted with National Key Scheme locks.
Reporting antisocial behaviour
You can report antisocial behaviour in person.
Using our computers
Cleaning materials are available to clean the keyboard and mouse between uses.
You can use our computers when you visit, or you can contact us to book session before your visit. You can book up to 2 hours per day.
You can use our self service computers to:
- report a missed bin collection
- check your bin day
- find out where to take your waste and recycling
- report fly tipping
- report offensive graffiti
- apply for, renew or change your details for a Blue Badge
- report lost, stolen or misused Blue Badges
Our printers require coins to pay. If possible, please bring the correct change.
Employment support
You can update your CV and search for jobs on our computers. You can also get help and advice in person from employment support Monday to Friday until 5pm.

Access information
Assistive technology and interpreters
There is an induction loop, interpreting service and British Sign Language service available.
Bus stop
The nearest bus stop is five metres away from the hub and is on an even surface.

There is disabled parking available.
Entrances
The wheelchair accessible entrance faces onto the main road. There is a wheelchair accessible ramp. The entrance doors to the main building are automatic.
Lifts
The building is on two levels but there is a lift to each level and all services can be accessed from the lowest level.

Support dogs are welcome.
