There is limited blue badge parking on Merrion Way.
There are several bus stops on both sides of Woodhouse Lane. There are dropped kerbs for wheelchair access to nearby bus stops.
The entrance to the building is fully accessible and has an automatic door. There are no steps, but there is a small downward slope close to the main door.
Lifts are available to all public areas.
A range of assistive technology hardware and software is available for use on the public computers.
There are public toilets available including one wheelchair accessible toilet on the ground floor.
Support dogs are welcome.
There are two induction loops, Interpreting service and British Sign Language service available.
