What to do if your bin has not been collected on your scheduled day.

If your bin was missed today, you should wait until after 5pm to report it to us. All bins must be out at 6:30am when collections start.

Use the form each time your bin is missed so we know about it and can investigate the problem.

Replacement bags

If your waste is usually collected in bags rather than a bin, you can request replacement bags using the free text box of the waste collection crew form.

If you have had an issue with the collection crew

Report an issue with a waste collection crew if you would like to report an incident or you have any concerns about a member of the crew.
