Find out how to request a review of an antisocial behaviour report you have made.
It is your right to ask how your report of antisocial behaviour is being dealt with. This is known as the ASB review (formerly known as the Community Trigger process).
You cannot use the ASB review process to report antisocial behaviour. Find out
how to report antisocial behaviour.
Who can request a review
You can request an ASB review if you have made up to 3 reports of antisocial behaviour in the last 6 months. The last report must have been made within a month of the incident happening.
The team may also investigate your report if it includes any of the following:
- continuous antisocial behaviour
- suffering from harm from antisocial behaviour
- concern over how your antisocial behaviour report has been dealt with
What happens during a review
We will work with all responsible authorities to check whether appropriate action has been taken. We will also make recommendations to improve the situation. Responsible authorities can include:
