How to report damage or pest infestations caused to your home by a property next door.
Private tenants – you must discuss these problems with your landlord before reporting them to us.
You can use our online form if you:
- have a pest infestation in your private rented property, or live next door to a property which is causing a pest infestation and damage to your home
- live next to a property which is causing damage to your home, for example broken guttering causing water to leak into your home
If you are a council tenant, please report problems to your
local housing office or community hub.
How to report a property causing damage
Report properties causing damage or a pest infestation to your property online. You will need give us:
- your address and contact details
- details of the problem you are having
- the location of the property causing the problem
You can also attach a picture of the problem (if you have one) using the online form.
