Tall buildings design guide SPD consultation

The aim of this Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) is to provide advice on the location and design of tall buildings across Leeds.

Initially adopted by the council in 2010, the Tall Buildings Design Guide SPD is being updated to reflect the continued interest in tall buildings and to ensure that planning guidance remains fit for purpose.

Consultation

The Draft Tall Buildings Design Guide SPD was subject to public consultation for eight weeks from Wednesday 31 July until 5pm Monday 30 September 2019.

Following the close of consultation, comments received will be analysed and where appropriate changes will be made to the SPD.

Further Pre-adoption consultation will take place. If you comment, we will notify you.
