If you're deaf, have hearing loss or find speaking difficult

Emergencies and out of hours
If you are in danger call 999.
If you need to contact us urgently when our offices are closed, phone one of our
emergency numbers.
Our out of hours phone lines for housing repairs and other emergencies will not be available from 5pm on Thursday 28 March as we will be carrying out critical work on our phone systems.
If you have an urgent problem, you can contact us on 0113 535 1035. If you have an emergency where you consider there is a serious risk to life or property, please contact the emergency services.
If you work with children or young people and have an urgent concern, you can contact our Emergency Duty Team on 0113 535 0600.
The phone line for our Active Leeds sites will also be unavailable until the work is complete.
